You’ll take home your own 5‑gallon bucket filled with everything you need to grow your oyster mushrooms. Pauline and Dan will guide you through each step, sharing the process, the science and the joy of growing your own mushrooms. Guests will also enjoy tastings of chaga tea, truffle oils, and balsamic while learning about additional cultivated varieties such as shiitake, lion’s mane, and enoki.
