Christmas Cookies & Creams

We welcome you to come to this lovely cookies and cream class! This morning, we will cover when to make cookies, what cookies freeze well and which ones don't, how to make ahead of time to save holiday frenzy and of course, you will make some from scratch for tasting. The second half of the class we will go over Christmas Creams and what to use them with for the holidays. These marvelous creams will take the average breakfast, dinner, and dessert over the top! This includes, French buttercream, Bavarian cream, crème Patisserie, mascarpone cream, chocolate cream, ricotta cream and Chantilly cream. Everyone will go home with a jar of Christmas Cream. In one word: Yum!
