Welcome to bread making 101. You will learn the basics of white bread just like grandma made. We will cover what ingredients are needed and the importance of each and as well as the consistency to look for in your dough. Shaping dough into beautiful braids, fun festive shapes and dinner rolls in time for the holidays. Demonstration and hands on participation.

Together, we will walk the grounds at Given’s Farm in Hortonville, WI to gather extra accents for your wreath. Forage for dried hydrangea, foliage, florals and pods, branch bundles, feathers and grasses, pinecones and pods to incorporate into your design.
Snack, Mingle and Make! Each guest will learn to design their own fully preserved Fall wreath to take home and display.
Supplies Include: 8” grapevine wreath base, clippers to use during the class, all materials, supplies, tools needed for a complete design and complimentary snack + beverage included. The Flower Mill will also provide preserved materials and ribbon from my personal collection.

Learn tips and tricks for growing the best garlic in your home garden and lean into unique culinary and medicinal uses of this wise plant.
The workshop will begin with an indoor presentation including tastings and a make & take garlic remedy followed by an outdoor, hands-on planting demo.
Participants will leave with lots of new knowledge, 2 varieties to plant ( or consume ) and your own jar of fermented garlic!
