Pumpkins are the sunshine of fall! This delightful class will show you how to make pumpkin pie filling right from the pumpkins from the patch! Instructor Kimberlee Derks will show you the difference between a regular pumpkin and a pie pumpkin, and how to roast it to make your very own puree. She will also cover how to roast delicious & nutritious pumpkin seeds for your holiday side dishes. Kimberlee will also cover making pumpkin breads, cookies, and other pumpkin delights. This class will have some demonstrations, some hands on, and some amazing tastings. There will also be pumpkins for sale, from Kimberlee's local farm.
