We love the dynamics of this class, with all its flavors and flare. How can we preserve the taste of summer, to enjoy throughout the coming seasons? The harvest is starting into its full swing, with the vegetables and fruits heavy on the vines and trees, and herbs begging to be picked and used as their oils and leaves are just perfect for the making. Topics to be discovered are preservation with salts, pesto's, vinegars, shrubs, syrups, sauces, and oils. We will cover tips for canning, freezing, and drying. This class is demonstration, tastings, and some hands on. The Summer Garden will provide a treat for you to enjoy.
