This morning will be spent by the fire exploring how to take white bread techniques and transform them into delicious sweet breads. You will be given an introduction to various ingredients, which will lead you to find ones that suit your palate best, enabling you to make your very own specialty loaf.
This is the second of our 3-part breads series with instructor, Kimberlee Derks. You will find it helpful to have taken the Introduction to White Breads or have some experience in making bread for this class.
