Join us for an immersive and flavorful journey into the world of sausage making. This class explores the rich history and cultural significance of sausages, delving into the current trend of nose to tail use of the whole animal, and the art of crafting delicious sausage flavors. Participants will learn about necessary equipment and essential techniques while witnessing a live sausage making demonstration. Tastings will be offered during class to experience the flavors first hand. Packaging methods will also be discussed. The culmination of class will include a take home package of an original family recipe for Italian sausage. Flavors featured during the class will include Italian, Bratwurst, and Breakfast sausage in patty form for tasting. The final product will be stuffed links of Italian sausage made from Grandpa Alfredo’s recipe.
