Delightful Autumn Soups

Caramel apples, crisp air, frost on the grass, and kids back in school; this precious fall time just begs for soup on the stove! During this workshop we will demonstrate and explain the basics for making your own stock and making use of the summer's end vegetables from your garden or local farmer's markets. Learn how to can it or freeze it for busy, cold days ahead. Many tastings are included with this workshop, along with beautiful breads for dipping!
