​Join us for a special evening of nourishment and rejuvenation. This unique overnight experience offers a chance to reset and enter the holiday season feeling balanced and centered.
We’ll gather with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session led by Brittney Dorsey. Once everyone has had a chance to wind down and prepare for the night, our talented sound healer, Cathy Jo, will create a soothing soundscape with healing instruments, guiding you into relaxation and gently lulling you to sleep. Immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere created by gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and moon bowls, as their harmonious sounds envelop you, leading you to a state of tranquility.
We’ll rise together around 6:30 am for a gentle morning stretch, followed by a shared meal of nourishing smoothie bowls with all the delicious toppings. You’ll depart refreshed and revitalized at 8:30 am and you are welcome to enjoy the nature trails around the property before easing our way back into your day.
